Returns / Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange, we offer a full refund that will adjust with the next item you purchase
right then.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
However, only
Amount According to Weight of Gold refunds are granted when item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
5% to 7% deduction will apply if there is delay of more than 7 days and also the refund amount will be according to the gold price of that day.
Late or missing refunds (For online payments)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
